Underwhelming Stay, Good Beach

slow check-in small room

Check-in took an excessive amount of time. It lasted an hour. The room I was assigned was quite small and lacked a functional balcony. I also found that only one beach towel was provided for my entire stay, and there was a charge of 5 EUR for a fresh one. The staff did not seem very helpful overall.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay

tap water issue slow cocktail service

The hotel grounds were well-kept and spacious. It offered a pleasant environment for walking around (I could appreciate the effort put into landscaping).

I was disappointed with the 'all-inclusive' aspect. Staff refused to fill water bottles, they claimed tap water was not good, so we should buy bottled water. The cocktail service was frustrating. The staff could not make many cocktails on the menu, and the wait times were excessive.
